It's a tight fit, but it doesn't touch!

looks good man but lose that screw clamp that holds on the coupler on the compressor housing , but like i said it looks really good, like the pie cuts

SC61 with a .63ar turbine. I'm hoping for 300 on pump with the stock block. maybe 350 on some race gas.
The goal for the car as a whole is an 11 on drag radials. if it only takes 300hp, then I have no need for 350...

good stuff, i am looking for 11's too but its with a 57 trim t3/t04e on a little ole d16 (bored to 78mm), best of luck to you and keepup the great fabbing, i wish i could do that haha

Looks like a lot of work to shoot for 300 hp...but looks good man.
Also, the first thing i noticed also was how big the feed line was. Might think about getting a restrictor before you go through turbo seals left and right.

did you rotate the center section so that the oil feed and drain are flipped since the turbo is upside down now? it just looked as if the oil drain was on top.

Very nice man.
I noticed the hts couplers, I have those as well. The owner is a really cool guy, his dist center is here in Cali. I went there one time and he gave me and my friend crazy good prices and t-shirts to boot!

sounds like my new goal, except i'm on a built motor. lol good **** bryson. i remember when you were bout to give up n ****.

It does look big from the pics...perspective I guess, but its actually just a 4an line. nothing wrong with running it with the standard sleeve bearings.

I'm going to keep it as is, and kinda keep an eye on it. since its not touching it should be fine, but if it does have problems then I'll just make a long line to run around that #1 runner.

Haha yeah. NEVER! my goal with this setup is reliability, and streetability. Even if I can't run an 11 or my power goals, It will be GREAT just to get the car out of the garage and go for a mountain cruise.

glad to hear you rotated it, on my first turbo i accidentally fed it in backwards, yep it was prtty much blown right off the bat!
did you make all that yourself?

Yes I was wondering the same thing. Why did you decided to fab up a "top mount" when I thought the whole general idea behind it was to run a 3" or larger dp.
If the turbo was positioned further twords the drivers side the radiator would def. clear right?
