Under 300$ turbo for d15 vtec
Guys need your suggestion and help, thanks in advance.
I am looking for an under 300$ turbo for my d15 on stock internals . Planning for max 8 psi boost, hp goal is not more than 180- 200.
My options are 1) t3/t4 ebay turbo for say 200$New (2) rb26dett OEM (gt2556 T25)Garrett single turbo for 250$ Used
I am keen on the 2nd option as its a ball bearing turbo. AR .48 on both hot and cold side.
Is this a good turbo option for the d15 and my hp goal?
Some advice from the experts would be really helpful .

They make journal bearing versions. If there's no r at the end it isn't ball bearing. I've worked on my fair share of RB26s and skylines, trust me.
