UBERTEG users, HELP!
You may have seen my other thread, but my car gets the hiccups when it's pretty warm/hot out. I would be driving and it sounds and feels like the motor just stops for a split second then goes back to normal. it would do this at idle, part throttle, full throttle, in vacuum, boost, whenever. And every once and a while the CEL would come on and then the car would kind of gargle then I'd have to shut it off then start it back up. It would also back fire sometimes. Also, the A/C would not blow cold at all, it was hot.
Now when it's cooler out the car runs fine. Why would the heat do this? Yes it is running very rich and I plan to get a wideband soon so I can tune it, but until then what can I do?
The code it threw was 43, Fuel Supply System. What could cause that?
Here's my setup:
Stock LS internals
t3/t04e
F-Max Mani
Tial WG
2.5 -> 3" DP w/full 3" exhaust
Intercooler
Greddy Type S BOV
440 cc injectors
walbro 255 intank
basemap in a P06
If anyone w/an LS has a similar set up that is tuned, could you send me the .bin file so I could try it out?

I dont have a wideband yet, I PLAN to get one soon. Yes i have an IC i just put the main things that could cause a problem. But i guess lack of an IC could cause some high temps. First post updated...
When it does that hiccup thing, I can hear a relay clicking on and off. I think it's the PGM-FI Main relay. Or at least thats where the clicking's coming from...

sounds like your running too rich which is what you already know.
you cant diagnose any problems, and there is no point, if its not tuned/you dont have a wb.

The thing i dont get is, why is my PGM-FI Main Relay clicking off? When it clicks off for a split second, that's when it hiccups. Could the relay be going bad? or is there something else causing it?

Someone on the Uberdata forum was having that exact same problem. Look around over there. I dont remember the thread. If I happen to run into it Ill send you the link.

Only time I see the main relay acting like a baboon is when you either have a bad ground, or I plug in a certain speshul P75 ECU I have... dunno the how/what/why of it, but when I socketed the ECU it got itself proper fucked.
Check grounds, tighten them anyway even if they look/feel tight, and try a different ECU.

yea i was thinking about the ECU. Right now i'm running a P06 w/LS program. I'm trying to find a P74/75 at a decent price...
another thing. Does anyone have a really weird idle? When the car is cold it idles up around 2500-3K and just goes back and forth between the 2. As the motor warms up, the range gradually drops and eventually it gets a normal idle.

i have my .bin from when i was tuned on 450's. i dont know if its gonna help but you could try it. i ran a smaller turbo though. I can add some fuel to it and see if it helps.
