Default uberdata and timing?

ok, here is whats going on. i have a jdm b16a. i had my timing set to 18 degress btc when my car was stock at the dizzy. i chipped it wtih uberdata using a NA b16a and never touched my dizzy again because it read 13 degrees at idle so i figured no matter now much i change the timing at the dizzy, uberdata would always fix it. am i wrong. i now have a turbo and my timing is set at 18 btc at the dizzy but accoring to my ign map its retarded .85 degress per pound of boost. so my question is do i need to set my timing at the dizzy at some point to calibrate it with uberdata. what im going to do is set my timing back to 16btc (stock) and then go from there

Yeah one of the first steps in tuning is verifying your base timing is set to 16 btdc with a timing light.
