Default Uberdata on an ek

I was wondering if its possible to use uberdata on a 96 civic coupe. I plan on going with a hmt setup and I want to use uberdata. I have read that uberdata only works with obd1 ecu's, so my question is will uberdata work if I just get an obd2-->obd1 conversion harness and use a stock 92-95 civic ecu?

What problems are associated with switching from obd2 to obd1?

thanks for your help... also if you have done this I would like to talk more about it

As long as you run the ob2-1 harness with an obd1 ecu it should work fine. I have setup uberdata on 2 ef's that I converted from obd0 to obd1 .

So far I love it. I mean being able to tune so exact kicks major ***. Ive only been running it for a few days. And yes I do my own burning. I just need to do alot of tunning. But its really fun stuff.
