Default Type R intake or Venom

I am boosting a GSR motor with ITR intake and b16 exhaust cams. running a garrett t3/60-1 turbo with .63 AR. Bottom end sleeved by Benson stock bore and stroke with pauter rods looking to make somewhere between 450 - 500 HP. I have the choice between an ITR intake or a venom. Any recommendations for a DD with these choices on intakes?

type r is nice but it too stock if your looking for all that power like you said....u should get the venom cause it will give you more power and hold boost better...

Im running my stock gsr manifold with some mild port matching done and am currently running 460whp . A couple of weeks ago i ran 10.9 @ 131 mph . Many people are quick to toss this manifold . Dont under estimate oe parts !

I would like to know what people would use as a compromise, y car is UK spec CRX, obviously the ABS pump will not allow for the Victor X so we are a little limited, Type R or Skunk derivative or some totally customer made job.
Not going to junk the ABS, far too good a system for the road.

Idea’s please.

if you have a car that makes enough power to require a huge plenum intake manifold...why do you want to keep abs...

i agree, sorry i didn't specify but this is going in an EG that previously had a boosted H22, i had the S2 intake on that so there was some firewall "modification" that had to be made to make that fit. But Either way ABS is not an issue.

just use the venom, does it allow iacv? if not just settle with a "high" idle, like 1000-1200rpm. Good size plenum.
