is this for your SOHC's 15G turbo? if so, you just splice it in between the vacuum hose going from the compressor to the internal wastegate. if boost doesn't adjust, it's probably on backwards. reverse it and it should work. oh yeah, and don't forget to mount it somewhere underhood. You don't want it flopping around.
