Default TurboXS RFL Problem...

hey guys i was wondering if you knew a way to solve my problem and if anyone had the same problem as me.

My turboxs rfl bov doesn't work. It did this before. It seems that the piston inside of the bov keeps getting stuck. Last time the piston was kinda wedged against the wall. I fiddled with it and it went back. Driving today it got stuck again and compressor surge at 10 psi doesn't sound good. Does anyone have a solution to this? What could I use to lube the piston?

Send it back under warranty. They'll repair or replace it. Either way it'll fix the problem.

take the BOV apart... take the piston out of the cylinder... apply a thin layer of grease on the piston walls... make sure its evenly distributed... and reassymble. good as new... i do this to every TurboXS BOV i sell... and it works everytime
