Default turboXS bypass valve?

I am thinking of getting rid of my turboXS type H BOV and getting the type H bypass valve instead.

Can I use the Bypass valve just like the BOV??

they're the same thing only that the bypass type H is designed to plumb the vent back into the intake,it has like a radiator outlet on it to attach a hose too while the BOV type H vents out of 3 or 4 little holes to atmosphere. both are rated the same to handle 10-25psi.
