Turbo'ng a CRV
Here is the deal, My Bro-in-law have a 02 CRV.
We use it to toll a bass boat.
He wanted more power/torque so he don't have to be in the high RPM on climbing a long hill (etc.)
He probably be boosting around 8 lbs on hills. Not for racing.
I have a brand new straight t4 laying around collecting rust.
It's a K24 (I-Vtec) with 4 spd auto. (fwd)
What is the pro's and con's on the engine and tranny?

Re: Turbo'ng a CRV (shawn_crx)
A T4 probably would be a bit too big if you want lower end power.
It's an IVTEC k-series engine so it will shine in the upper RPMs... I'd get a t3/t4 ....54 or 57 trim maybe...that should spool fast on a 2.4 liter.
Whatever you do, make sure to get a transmission cooler....boost+towing+hills isn't going to be easy on the tranny.
