TurboEdit problem, is My Vafc give me **** of a time?

TE chipped PM6, it worked for another car, but when i put in mmy car, the car bogs to its deat like at zero RPm but its still firing cause the Vafc say its like 500 rpms +-. i have no i dea how to work TE so i just need one answer checeked,
Is My Vafc causing my car to take a ****?
Symptoms: WOT the car will not rev, it would boost for some odd reason, but no rev pass 800 rpm. So does anyone know if i need to take the vafc off, or at lease disconnect one wire or something?
