VAFC cuts off

I just installed a VAFC on my friend's 90 Integra and when I try to start the car the VAFC cuts off.It works fine with just the ignition on,but when you go to start the engine the VAFC completely cuts off and resets the settings back to the orignal VAFC settings so the car won't start.Anybody ever had this problem?

Where excactly did you wire the Positive leads of the VAFC to?

To the IG power on the harness like the manual said.

Nevermind the VAFC was bad.

I just hate it when VAFC's go passed their expired date
