turbo'd Gsr engine
hey guys,
my buddy's turbo build went broke, so now he's selling the engine, its a 95 GSR engine, he has the turbo and all oil lines and all that jazz, now he's selling it for 2k , but the engine it self is bone stock, could you run a low PSI amount of turbo on a stock GSR engine?? thats why im not turbo'ing my cause of the cost ,

Stock Honda blocks are capable of a good amount of power. I made 315whp on 91oct @ 10.5psi on a GT3255b for ~2 years without issue. As long as you have a quality tune from a reputable tuner, you should be fine around 300whp depending on fuel grade.
Before buying that turbo kit, you should get a few pictures of it for us. It'd be nice to know that the kit you're looking at is worth spending $2k...i'd hate for you to spend all that money on something sub-par
