Ok i have a new garrett t3/t4 im running on my car. my problem is that there is no vacuum source on the turbo. So do i run the bottom port from the boost controller to the intake manifold?

would this theory work

"The side port of the wastegate should run to the bottom of the bc, and the side of the bc to intake manifold vacuum. "

does that seem right?

If I remember correctly, the vacuum source should come from the side and the bottom should run to the wastegate.

There should be an arrow on the side of the boost controller showing which way to hook it up.

In fact I'm sure that you run the line from the pressure source to the side port. I'm 100% sure it's this way.

It's kind of hard to explain...

The source coming from the intake manifold should be connected to the side port on the boost controller, then the bottom port should be connected to the wastegate.

Easy way to explain: The blue nipple goes to the wastegate. The Brass colored nipple gets the vacum source.

The bottom port of the boost controller goes to the wastegates side port. And the other port on the boost controller goes to the intake manifold or vacumm manifold if you have one...

I think that's what your asking...
