Someone will post a pic, but most of the block webbing that it contacts needs to be cut out. It makes at that 90 degree shape, I hope you understand what I'm talking about.

loosen the exhuast hosuing bolts
then flip it around
and take a hammer at the compressor side housings
a few good wacks the center should be loose to clock
the webbing is easy just cut using drmele
then a angle grinder and grind it smooth
ill get pictures if i can later

do u need to move the oilport/ oil return?
or just clock the turbine
just wack turbine housing if u need to move it alittle
if u need to fully clock it u need to wack the compressor side when the turbine bolts are loose

Re: (playahwitgame)
Yeah just get a torch and heat up the exhaust housing after the bolts are all loosened....let it get pretty damn hot....then either use gloves and turn it yourself or you might need to tap it with a soft blow hammer but it should move.

Re: (delslo93)
Ive done this a few times. Non-SSAuto turbos use very strong chromium steel for the turbine housing, you cant do much to harm it. Just loosen the bolts (1/16" between bolt/housing), the gently tap the turbing housing with a 4lbs sledge, slowly working around it's circumference. Just do that harder until it breaks loose.
