It's a 3/8" NPT to -6AN orbital fitting.

B16 thermostat housing with the intake manifold port drilled and tapped for 1/4" NPT. These are the only pictures right now, but you can get the general idea by putting the picture together.

use the port from the front of the block. BnR sells the fittings. then use the lower part of the radiator the drain works well. Very simple

You can spends the bucks for that kit or you can simply T into the water lines to the throttle body.

Wow, this seems to be beaten like a dead horse..

T'ing off the heater hoses is simple, cheaply done with parts from Home Depot, and lines are about the same size as most turbo water line fittings.

since you keep asking...the answer is no. the lines need to go to seperate places so the coolant can flow through the hosuing. if both lines ran to the same place the water would just "sit" in the turbo not providing any cooling.

Its a very easy principle. As long as its at least "inline" with a coolant hose it should work. Fluid convection causes the coolant to move through the system and carry heat away from the turbo.

what engine do you have? im not sure why you need a picture, just tee into any line on the throttle body or off the two lines coming off the iacv if thats what you want to do. you wont be able to run braided line that way though, maybe some push-lock hose instead

does that help?
