Default Quick Question About tuning!!

I currently have a ebay turbo which is a 60-1 and i want to switch it out for a garret 60 trim. Now its not the same turbo, do i still need to go in for a retune?

Not trying to benefit from swiching to a different turbo, mine started smoking and i wanted to get a reliable turbo. I just dont want to shell out another $450 for a retune.

Unless you get the same exact turbo, you will need a retune. Usually they'll charge you less for retunes.

Re tune, it's going to be cheaper than a full tune.
