turbo with water?????????

Default turbo with water?????????

ive been thinking of this for a while and i just want to know do you guys think it is safe to drive turbo car during raining season? what i specifially mean is would water get into my turbo compressor? im using a screen and all but does water have access to that part?

Water will get in unless you have really, really fine screen.

I hydrolocked my GST eclipse by sucking heavy rain water inside under boost. But it was raining like hell and I didnt have any plastic wheel wells under my fenders either. I was hauling *** home and POW !!! No joke..
