Default Turbo Unclocking itself

Well lately, i have been extremely busy lately and haven't had time to mess w/ the car so i have a quick question

my charge piping has been popping off lately so when i went to fix it (its fixed now, just needed a wratchet, had to buy one while i was out..best $5 i spent) i noticed my middle section and compressor housing would spin with some force on the i/c piping... now i know there are about 6 1/2" bolts on the middle to exhaust, 6 1/2" bolts holding the backing plate on to the compressor and what looks like two 10mm bolts in the middle.. they all appear to be pretty tite and all the ones within reach (while its still hot) seem to be very tight...is there anything that would cause this?

if the turbo is clocked 100% strait up and down (at ninety degrees) the oil lines gets little kinked so i let it sit at about 5-10 degrees w/ the send line leaning towards the driver as opposed to the bumper. how can i tighten this down (which of these bolts) or how could i remedy this problem. thanks in advance. seeya.

loosen all the bolt on the turbo, both sides.

Set the center section to the desired angle, go no more then 15 degrees. If you run too high of an angle the oil will not drain properly and you may do damage to your oil seals.

Once at a desired position, tighten down one bolt from each side. Double check, and make adjustments if necessary. Then tighten down all of the bolts to german spec 'goot-n-tite.' If it was spinning before the bolts were simply too loose.
