i am looking to get it tuned for probably 8 pounds and i just want to make more than 250HP. do you think this will be doable with my setup listed. thanks for all of your help!!

I would get atleast 550cc injectors..hell go with 720cc because you know your going to want more boost before long.

but to answer your question I think 250 whp so be fairly easy with that setup at 8 psi.
