Which turbo/trim specs are still good @9-9.5K RPM
For an ITR motor with a sleeved block/rods/pistond and 9:1 CR?
I started out with a Drag III kit for my ITR, but have since decided to get the SS Inline-pro manifold and would like to be able to still make power at the upper rpm range ... since I still have my ITR tranny.
I've been considering getting a BB turbo as a replacement for the one that came with the Drag kit, but then realized that I'd have to make a critical choice as to where I want to make the power with this set-up. At first I figured I'd rather have something with good midrange and good spool-up charecteristics, however since top speed is really one of my goals ...
I guess, I might have to get better gearing (GSR tranny) for top speed, if I can't come up with purely a "turbo size" solutuion.
