Default Turbo Timer install - 93 civic

I have this turbo timer, generic brand that I want to install.

wires:
red (12v)
black (-)
green (?)
blue (?)

couple of other ones for the hand brake I'm assuming.

Can some one tell me where the green and blue go. I know they are ignition power and accessory power, but which is which, and what color wires am I looking for under the steering column.

And do I need to hook up the wires for the parking brake also, or can I just leave them?

Cheers.

I did my HKS one last nite. For the parking brake wire, at your ebrake there is one wire running to it on a little clip. I tapped into that wire.

`to things if u want u dont need to hook up the acc line and if u dont wana hook up the e brake line u can jus ground that line with the actual ground and it will work fine look for a gree wire under the sterring colom for the ignition
