Turbo spooling help

Ok my turbo spools at idle (not very fast) but when i give it gas i can hold the turbine blade with my finger and there is power to spin. any help?

what?? that doesnt make sense and you really shouldnt have your hand near the turbine blades ever, especially if you are revving the car.

Yeah Bob Norwood lost a finger tip putting his hand close to a big blower or turbo inlet , don't do that lol
