Turbo spining
Mine did that too. Just stopped after about 15-20 minutes of idling. Scared the shitt out of me!! But I called majestic and clamed me down, normal.
I would think if it stopped spinning and when you hit the throttle it doesn't start immediatly, you would have a problem.

its okay if it doesnt spin, especially with conventional bearings, but just to make sure check oil pressure to turbo, idle keeps oil psi low, at 1500rpm you have a lot of pressure and the turbo should spin very fast, partially because of amount of exhaust but mostly from extra oil pressure lifting the turbo shaft onto and oil film.
how do u know if its spinning or not. you cant possible hear it at that low of rpm.

you take off the intake piping and filter!
At idle, the exhaust is barely making enough air to push the turbo's turbine.. this is different tho on BB turbos and turbo's with smaller wheels.
