has enenyone used CP pistions in there turbo sohc setups?

 

ohh boy! Yes 1sic3dr CP pistons have been used in Single Cam builds. I wonder if anyone has ever used Wiseco's? Yes 1sic3dr people have used wiseco's in single cam builds.

 

are they good for about 300-350 on a daily driver cause in my last build i used srp's and they didn't last very long.

 

how is that possible? I hope youre not going to blame the manafacturer of the pistons for your short lived motor. How come theres a hatch on here that run 350whp on stock pistons, and they were fine for a long time. even so when the motor went it was the rods, and from power, not detonation, because all 4 went at the same time

 

i am not blame the manafacturer of srp pistions. i am just wondering if CP's are good pistions and seeing if people are are make good power with them.

 

CP, Wiseco, JE are all SUPERIOR pistons. They can handle just about anything you throw at them as long as the car is properly tuned.
