I'm going to turbocharge my ex with a homemade turbo kit. I wanted to know the diff. between a starion turbo and say a t25. I don't want a 14b cause I'm not looking for that much of a lag. I just want something that will be decent. I can get the starion turbo now and I would have to wait and find a t25. Which would be better?

 

What model is a Starion turbo?

Also, I don't think you'll see any lag with a 14b. It's pretty similar to a T3, but I believe it's even smaller. I have a T3/4 and really don't get any lag. Just FYI

T25 should be lots of fun for a very mild setup.

 

I have no idea what model turbo it is. My buddy said it was a 12a. I have a t3 already but would rather use something smaller.

should be a fun turbo. should spool quicker than the t3 also but produce less flow. kinda like a t-25 i'm guessing. never heard anyone using a 12a on a honda
