I need help picking the appropriate turbo...
I am in hopes of getting a 94-96 integra Ls, I am also in hopes of dropping some sort of turbo in it. I do not know much about turbos, so I come to the good people of honda tech for answers . What would be the most efficient turbo, I guess I want it to spool at roughly 4000 rpms and be capable of delivering around 200-250 whp. Once again, I don't know much. Any suggestions would be well appreciated, Thanks.

How bout a turbo that spools at 2700 and puts down over 250 on 10psi? It sounds crazy especially on a board with such a fetish for the t3/t4 but the Apexi kit for the SOHC works awsome on an LS. It's like a little truck. I would never "upgrade" to a t3/t4 to run anything less than 14psi.

Get a Precision Turbo and do it right the first time. That way when you want 350whp you dont need a new turbo. the sc50 will spool by 4k no problem and will support 350whp.

garret T3/T04e 57 trim w/ stage 3 .63ar would probably be perfect for u. or a precision SC34.
made 250whp @ 10psi on my LS turbo. started spooling 3000 and had full boost(10psi) at 4000. doesn't seem laggy at all and pulls past redline.

it all depends where you want your power on the rpm range
