holset anyone??? hx35 or hy35 will get you there. They like high pressure ratios though, so high comp need not apply. GL.
or of course you could go with the cookie cutter t3/t04e 50, 57, 60 trims, .48 or .63 a/r's. They have been proven time and time again. If you go with a t3/to4e I would go either 50 or 60 trim and the .63 a/r.

Time for some research on your part........really, many people already gave you the turbos that will achieve the power that you would like on the engine that you specified.
Time to read the faqs so you can decide for yourself what turbo you would like to go with. Not tryin to be a dick, but if you empower yourself by learning then you will never have to depend on anyone else to spoon feed you information again. Do a little reading then if you don't understand I'm sure there will be many people willing to help you out (this includes myself, not that I know all that much but what I do know is yours provided you make an attempt).
