Default turbo si set-up needs help

Ok, the guy who just bought my 2000 si last year decided to turbo it, we stay in touch and I told him it would be better to build his own kit rather than buy a pre-made one. He told me to find the parts and he’d buy them. I need you guys to look over this list and tell me if it’s reasonable. If you have any suggestions on the specific part please feel free to chime in. I’m just trying to help him out and it would be cool if you guys helped me out. He’s looking to run 7psi on stock b16 and this is his daily driver so he doesn’t want any more than 7psi at this point.(I’ll change his mind on this )

Get an ebay intercooler and save him $200.

A used turbo will save around $200.

A used log manifold will run about $200, probably less.

Uberdata is free, but you will have to get him to chip his own ECU.

A DSM BOV will run around $40.

You will need larger injectors (DSM 450's will run about $40 to $50)

You will also need a high flow fuel pump (Walbros are right around $100).

Hope this gets you going a little better.

Dont buy the turbo used because if it takes a crap on him then he is out the money but as far as the Ebay cooler that would be ok and definitely get the walbro and some injectors like 550 since the hondata can make the car run like stock with them anyway
