Help with building custom turbo kit?
i am interested in building a turbo kit from scratch, but will need the guidance of someone who is experineced with custom turbos. i have about 1200 to spend, without an intercooler. would someone like to devote some time and help me shop around and make sure i am buying all the correct parts?

1200 is a smaller budget, but it CAN be done for that. I assume you have the B16?
Mani w/o wastegate port = 200
T3 with internal wastegate = 50-150
DP and IC pipes = 200
Small OEM IC = 50
Bosch BOV = 30
clamps, lines, etc = 250

780-850
use the left overs for fuel management, MBC, etc
(EDIT: This is assuming you can weld)

i think i have a friend who can do the piping for me. where can i find a manifold without a wastegate port? does anyone also know all the little parts i would need such as oil lines, clamps, hoses?
