turbo si
What kind of horsepower would a turbo b16 make. on a stock motor using a t3/t4 60 trim .63 ar. 440cc injectors, 2.5 downpipe and exhaust, completely upgraded fuel and ignition systems, hondata s200, act xtss and 12lb fw and a log manifold. if some one has a simlar set up what kinda of numbers are you putting to the wheels. i was thinking about 260 whp with a good tune

what turbo do you knwo that builds 99 pounds of boost on a b16?
440s wont support anything over mid to high 200s and theres no need to change anything in the fuel system but the pump

here is a car we did, low compression head gasket, custom kit, i cant remember if we used 550's or 650's, but at 10 psi, it put 275 to the wheels. p.s. gone os the blue box, in favor of the s200b

Quite some time ago I had a jdm b16 block (10.4:1) with a itr head and ctr cams and put down about 220 whp on a mustang dyno @ 7psi which would probably equate to 240ish on a dynojet. Hope this helps.
Well the turbo should be able to make it up to 300WHP or close at 10psi. The problem is whether your fuel setup will be able to support it or not. Accordng to my calculations the 440's will be good for about 260-310HP at 85% iinjector duty cycle. If you had an adjustable FPR you could bump the fuel pressure from 45psi to 55psi and then the injectors could possibly support 280-341HP, but IMO it's too close. Better to just get some 550's and not have to worry about injectors maxing out.

im makin bout 250-275 @ 12psi-14psi . original B16a2 EM1.
Hondata tuned.
runnin 450cc DSM injectors.
upgradin to 600cc+ injectors after i build the block.
t3/to4b turbonetics.
aiming for >400whp.
make sure your clutch is rated bout 100hp above your power level.
Quality Tune = Safe Daily Driver/ save money fixin ****.
I currently have a very good tune with the hondata s200b.
completely stock motor with turbo kit, upgraded fuel system, act stage 3 clutch.
i wanna free up some more rpms cuz i dont see full boost till around 4200+
but when its boostin its boostin.
