I am to the final step of a build here at our shop, and am trying to get the best turbo for this setup:

B16 bottom end Darton Sleeves with 84mm CPs with 9.0:1 CR
stock JDM ITR head and cams with TODA valve springs

I have a Precision SC61/T3 76 trim with E compressor housing, and am planning on running 16psi daily and 20-22 at the track. My main concern is spool characteristics and at what RPM. Any help would be helpful.
