agreed, i take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for what has happened, just wanted to get to the bottom of this to prevent it from happening again

I guess I should just work for free.i was on the dyno for 4 hours only an hour of which was spent on actual tuning
I did take in account phone calls, other people and other stuff going on.you knocked 1 hour off the bill because you had problems with the datalogging
We did have com problems that night that ended up being your ECU, Zol's worked fine. How is that my fault? I have run into this with several other peoples ECU's.
It depends on who chiped their ECU and how good of a job they did.my ecu was and still is fine, you thought it was my ecu so we switched to zols and you still couldnt get it to work..after awhile you figured the datalogging out but then you couldnt get the crome basemaps to work..eventually you used zols turbo map as a base map and we never switched ecus back because there was no point
I think over the last two years I have given you the fair shake on dyno time and then some. What time was it at night when we were tuning your car... several hours after closing. So I charged you for 2 1/2 hours for something I was here until after 9:00 PM.you charged me 3 hours for 1 hour of tuning...i arrived at your shop well before closing time but you were busy talking to customers and put it off so i waited
You didn't have to point any fingers, the comment that he should have taken it to someone else was enough.the reason i told him to go elsewhere was not because i doubted you tuning ability but i just didnt want zach paying for you to talk to people while he and his car were sitting on the dyno racking up an enormous bill...honestly brian i do like and respect you and i wish this mess was over with so things could return to normal around here,i guess its up to you on whether or not you will let this whole ordeal go

South is fast.

Talking with Tony I went through a couple possible set-up scenarios that may have been issues but after talking with Brian they were not an effect of the situation. Brian had my map to get the car started. Knowing that this was all he could use it for he adjusted the settings acordingly. One huge reason that my map could not work (that I didn't realize till after talking with Brian) is that my car is tuned on a 5bar map sensor. Zachs is a 3bar. This makes things even more different that just two different motors. I just wanted to clear those two things up and as always Tony has been a great help with the initial tune and set-up on my car and very patient with my questions over the past few months. Brian on the other side has done a great job in setting up my fuel map side on a retune do to some map sensor issues (bad sensor issue) that needed to be resolved. It is just unfortunate that all of these events happened with Zach's motor and I wish him the best in a positive rebuild. Good luck and for the loss.
