I am a turbo re builder using a WCB30 balancer, BUT, the best way to go is to get a new CHRA. I'm pretty sure pte just puts new CHRA in their remans, which means that getting them to do the job is the best way to go on a performance turbo of this size-PTE does not sell parts to anyone last I checked, so getting a CHRA from anyone else is impossible.
Rebuilding such a large performance turbo is only asking for trouble, IMHO, unless you use new rotating parts and a new bearing housing.
