Turbo question
First off, I am a newb to the board, I have a 1996 pimped avenger (lol) and am a member at aseclub.net
I just bought a turbo kit for my 88 crx si basically a junkyard tubo:
Turbo - rebuilt off a gsx
BOV
Manifold
oil lines
all the basic turbo stuff, I just want to get my car at about 5-6psi, and give it that nice bov sound.
I am thinking about getting the following
Intercooler - should get, but could I safely drive around 5-6psi without?
FMU - Do I need one?
Fuel pump 255lph - I figure it can't hurt, because my stock one is sorta goofy...
I know in the future I should probably build my engine, but how far would I get without doing it? and do they make a wet shot fuel type thing that splits off your fuel pump and goes into the intake with a turbo (I am a retard, just curious..)
as you can tell I dont know too much, everyone tells me to read Maximum boost by corky bell... ???
Thx alot u guys,
also what do you guys think about avengers?

Re: Turbo question (enieft)
Intercooler - you SHOULD get one..
FMU - if u dont use any other sort of engine/fuel management then you need one
Fuel pump 255lph - FMU set up pretty much requires an INLINE HIGH PRESSURE pump
