Default turbo question

I just got a Revhard stage2 turbo kit but before I go blowing my first I want to mod the internals right now i just have aem pulleys skunk2 stage 2 cams (which arnt installed either) and aem v2 cold air, Im going to get my block sleeved and maybe ported but first i want to upgrade my fuel system and definately want to upgrade my ECU i was looking at the hondata S200 system, I want a really good ecu this time, on my old ecu p28 for my d16 motor I got a $20 chip from ebay and that gave me like 10hp more yeah but it also messed with my idle and A/c pump. im probably going with aem fuel system (rail, pressure regulator, and fuel pump) but I have no idea how big the injectors would have to be or what type of pistons would be low enough compressed in order for everything to dial in you know the turbo I have can produce up to 450 hp if built , but a merely 75-100 hp on safely stock engine

5. Can you re-edit your questions please? TMI at once
6. Budget
7. Why a fuel rail?
8. you tuning this thing yourself?
9. What's been done to the car, so far?

Yeah your right I guess that was alot of information. I was trying to write it quick, but anyway I got this Revhard stage2 turbo kit the other day from a friend, and I have a GSR right now its bone stock except CIA, cam gears and pulleys, I do have a set of skunk2 turbo cams in the box not yet installed. I read about the turbo kit online and it said its turbo gain is 75-100hp safely on stock motor. Okay thats cool and all but I want to achieve the 450hp turbo efficiency it can put out on a built motor. Im just looking for advice on how to build it since its all new to me. I think I want to go with the hondata S200 system for my ecu but Im not too sure if thats going to work to well on a stock fuel system, if not what would I need to mod??

For the built motor, you'll want to know what kind of response that you're looking for to match with the turbo. Most typically go from 9.0:1 - 10:1 compression with a SLEEVED, O-Ringed block. Make sure that when you do this, you send the block to a repuatble machinist that actually uses THEIR sleeves, not the sleeves sent to you to be sent to a machinist, locally. In fact, most companies won't send their sleeve independently. you must send your block, or a block in.

You'll need to really read up on Turbo forced induction, which is rather different than S/C... There's almost too much to explain.

Yeah Ive found some JE pistons on ebay that have like a 9:0:1 compression ratio If I bought those and got my block sleeved by a shop who knew what they were doing like Inline pro is really popular here in Northern VA. Ive heard some bad things about port and polish that it doesnt last as long when you do that, is that true?? and one more thing IF i were to get the pistons, sleeves, fuel system, and ecu system would that turbo give me the full 450hp potential??
