Default turbo pros .... critique setup

Let me first start off by saying that I have been browsing this board for quite some time, but this is my first post. I had a b16a running 10psi for almost two years, but it fell victom to a bad misshift. Anyways I turned my 95 EG into a racecar and not longer daily drive it. This is the setup I am currently working on and I need ALL opinions on it (weak points, over-kills, etc) so that I can maybe consider other options.

Shooting for at least 400whp always on race gas...
stock bore b16a block with 9:1 JE pistons and eagle rods (yes stock sleeves)
b16a head with ITR or Skunk2 valve springs and retainers
Skunk cam gears, either GSR or ITR cams
Skunk2 or JG intake manifold with bored 62mm TB ???
Equal length manifold (made by toyosupr) with 38mm tail (1 bar spring?)
3 inch DP dumped by fender
precison sc61
hondata s200b (with a awesome tune)
Old CCA intercooler (forgot the measurements) all 2 1/2 inch piping
AEM rail, reg, 255lph intake
precison 880cc injectors
msd 6al, blaster coil
gator racing axles with MT slicks
Someone recommend a specific plug to try for my goals!!!

And of course all the misc stuff like plumbing, interior, saftey equip, etc.

Thanks a ton guys!!!

For a race car which is shooting for only 400whp...

Get these in addition to list---
JG Elderbrock IM instead of skunk
GSR Cams
Upgraded 3/8" rod bolts on those eagles
ARP or AEBS Headstuds
Brand new Oil , water pump, seals, ect...
get NGK BKR7E for the spark plugs with OEM Plug wires
Dont forget a suspension, including LSD and a traction bar

Ditch these on your list ---
AEM rail, reg
msd 6al, blaster coil
Overborring TB not needed for setup

You may also think of getting a boost controller also...

Damn all the stuff you guys said to ditch, I already have from my previous setup, oh well it won't hurt. I am going to try this IC and see what happens, if I feel that it is causing a restriction, then I will prob go with a precision. Thanks for the suggestions so far!!!

Dasher, do you think that bkr7e's is an acceptable heat range for that amount of power? Those are the same plugs I was using on my 284whp stock b16a.

Do you think that the 1 bar WG is too much? Thanks guys!

1 bar is perfect for your goals .. it will allow you to bump the boost up to 28 psi as long as you have a 3bar map sensor and a boost controller ...
