Looks like an interesting build. I'm curious to see how those pro 1's will do with a FI setup. Thats the dirtiest b16 I've ever seen lol. Anyways good look with the build.

looks great

just make sure you have someone sleave that block that knows what they are doing

also what manifolds do you plan on running?? i have quite a few friends who run RLD manifolds and they look and work great!! or you can always go with full-race, its what i had on my car and fit/finish were of awesome quality

I don't want to blame anyone but I had similiar project and changed it to b18b block with 84mm sleeve because I talked to darton, benson and GE and all of them sad if they do the machining they will sleeve the b20 other wise they don't sell the sleeves. Darton sad that they don't produce sleeves for b20 any more. SO where and how did you find the sleeves ?

its a strange story but i see some guys use benson sleeves and other manufacture for b20`s and some use the b18(84mm) sleeves for b20 but i think its depends depends on manufacture or whatever company !!

im sorry i have bad english to explain details
i buy the darton sleeves from ebay and i think use for both b20 and (b18 still not sure)!
so u can get the sleeves from ebay its new and in good quality i pay 200 kuwaiti dinar ($688 dollar) to ship it to kuwait with aramex
i hope thats will help u!

Casting of b20 and b18 is are lot different if you searc ht you will see. You can't use b18 sleeves on b20. I advice you to find a b18 bock and go on that because you have a god setup. Don't waste it.

I talked to Skunk2 about these cams on a boosted car what they told me was there stage 2 turbo cams dont make any more power after 400whp.However the pro 1's they have seen 80 to 100hp gains just by the cam upgrade now keep in mind this is after 400WHP so with your build they should do very well.
