Default Turbo Priming

I heard that a good way to get oil flowing to your turbo for the first time before you start it up is by pulling your spark plug wires and cranking the engine like 10 times? Is this true?

Pull the fuel injection fuse and the spark plugs so it's easier on the starter. Then just crank the motor over in 15 second intervals until you see oil coming out the feed line. Then connect it back to the turbo and crank it over a few more times, and you should be good to go.
