Turbo newb needs help
I have had my 2000 Si for about 2 years now and i love it, but it needs more power. It is a daily driver and I wanna turbo it, but run low boost and keep the engine internals stock, My guess would be 5-7psi would be safe on stock internals?
I would really like to build a DIY turbo and save some $$ but i don't even know where to begin or what to buy. I can just tell you I would like to make decent power out of my Si and not break the bank.
Anyone wanna start me off in the right direction? I would really aprreciate it.

Buy a used rev hard or drag kit. Have your ecu chipped with Uberdata for management. I pieced my own kit together for under 2K including a brand new turbo, inline pro mani, new tial waste gate. I fabbed all my own piping so I saved a lot of money there. Just read all you can about it. EVERYTHING you need to know is on this site. Good luck!
thanx man, but there is no one in my town that knows how to install anything like this, i have a decent amount of knowledge about hondas, would it be possible to install myself, or should i look for someone that can install and tune it properly?
