turbo mani not sealing against head....suggestions?
I put my south florida performance 1010 mild steel tubular manifold on last week with my SC50 and the turbo was hitting the block not letting the manifold sit flush. Grinded some webbing off the block and now the turbo clears fine but the manifold still isn't sealing perfectly, i used a new honda gasket and everything. I'm thinking when we tightened the manifold on the first time without it sitting flush we might have warped it a little? I'm getting about 2-3 psi at redline which is better than before (0 boost) but the car still sounds like a tractor and you can feel small air leaks around the manifold
I'm thinking about trying this flange piece that someone on homemadeturbo makes, it's 1/2 inch mild steel so it might be able to crush down and seal better?
Here's the link:

Anyone have any other ideas?

take it to a machine shop and have them check to see if its warped. if it is im sure they can machine it flat, or send it back to the company....
