TURBO KIT LAYAWAY!!!
Im going to try and set up a shop offering a "Layaway" program for some performance parts. It will be pimarily focusing on Turbo Kits. For right now im thinking the plan would be dividing the purchase price over 6 months. So for somthing like my car (a 94 ls intega) rev hard 2 turbo kit. Aproximatly 500 a month. Would anyone be interested in it?

Yeah...but if I were you i wouldn't do it... Half of the people that have turbo on their Hondas don't even know how to keep maintenance on them...and about the $500/mos payment..most people cant even afford that with their car note. U might be shooting yourself in the foot for doing this...
rule of thumb---- "If you wanna play...you've gotta PAY!!!"

its an interesting idea, but what happens when they install it....pay the first month
next month they overboost, blow up the motor
and stop paying

I see more trouble than good coming from this...not from the seller, but buyers who cop out and then the seller having to go out of their way to collect from the slackers. If I were the seller I wouldn't even think of doing this
umm layaway means they hold the turbo for you and u pay on it til its payed for then you get ti after its payed for. So that wouldnt happen.
hmmm...so whats the point of this then?? if you can't save your own money by yourself than you don't need to be buying a turbo kit, you need to enroll in a money managing course!

well ok, yeah thats what it means at Jcpenny...
personally i wouldnt shell out 500 month for a turbo kit, and by the time i got it, better or other kits would probably be out...
thats 500 a month
so thats about what 6-7 months till its paid for....and thats without install...
layaway no good...financing maybe better idea....but theres gona be issues either way
