Default TurBO kiT

hey guyz i kno this has probably been answered a million times but first how much do you think its safe boosting with a bone stock D16Y8 motor... about 50,000 miles on it now.... also wat turbo would be good i was thinking of DRAG GEN III full kit supposidly adds 100+ whp and torque? any other kits you guyz reccomend with D series engine? thX in advance

not to be a dick try a search first, some people are real dicks about searching and flip out if you dont search for hours before asking

well vtc_civic was boosting 12psi untuned for some time on his d16y8 with a greddy kit. tuned he was boosting 11psi i belive and made over 200whp.the trick is in the tuning but i say 12 psi is already pushing the limits of the d-series rods.
