Default turbo. keeping a/c with compressor on the driver side?

guys. im peicing together my kit. i pulled a garret t3 out of the junkyard. anyhow, i picked up the dp off of ebay and it bolts right on.

the turbo has the compressor on the driver side. I made some basic measurements and it look like it wont hit the power starting pump, but looks tight with the a/c.

can anyone suggest a configuration with the compressor on the driver side, and retains the a/c? From the center of the exhuast flange to the end of the compressor, there is about 6 inches.

any advice?

thanks

kham.

oh.. im in a 98 teg rs
