Default turbo installed got one problem

well i got eveything installed and wanted to crank it up and let it idle
so i swapped in the chipped P28 w/ jumper harness I bought for my 98 hatch
swapped it in and turn the key first thing I notice was the fuel pump didnt engage hmm turns ove and wont crank

so I swap back to the P2E DX ecu and it cranks right up
of course there is absolutly no engine management so I shut it off and now IM wondering whats up?

why doesnt the fuel pump engage for that Neptune chipped P28?

faulty jumper harness?

The conversion harness is different. 96-98 civic uses the same one and 99-01 civic uses a different one.

Just do a quick search and you'll find tons of people who sell them. Kenji makes them too, so you can justs shoot him a PM if you want.

are you saying obd2b>obd1 harnesses are preset or you have to move the pinouts? i'm guessing you only have to swap the iavc pinouts if you're going from d-series to a b-series right?

my car has been acting kinda funny since i went obd1, and i'm wondering if the harness got messed with and now it's throwing my car off. i think the harness was on a civic before, so i'm curious to know if this would be a problem with my integra?

here is the tread to my problem: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1413976

the iacv needs to be moved in the plug to A12 unless you have a special harness...i think if its wrong you will throw a code
