Fuel pump won't run with chipped P28 and Uberdata.
Car: 01 ITR
I chipped a p28 myself. I checked all the solder joints and have continuity through to the trace ends.
Normally, when I turn the key to start the car, I can hear the fuel pump prime as the key goes to the run position. With the chipped p28, the pump does not run. The car starts and idles fine though, for about 5 seconds then it runs out of fuel pressure. Put the stock ecu back in and it runs fine.
I desoldered the j1 jumper. Even in stock form the p28 won't run the pump. I think it might be a harness problem. Are there any pins related to the fuel pump?
Would I be better off finding a 12v on the car that works with the new ecu and rewire the pump to suit?

iirc a15 is the fuel pump for the itr.
and a p28 is a7 ... the harness should take car of that ...but maybe there is a prob

Why? The stock ecu runs the pump fine.

the wire to your fuel pump is the immobilizer. you have to switch them on your obd converter harness.

For an OBD1 P72 ECU, Fuel pump is A7, which is the same as a P28 ECU. What you need to do is run a wire from A7 on your OBD1 Side to A17 on your ITR Side. That is ACC... This should power on your fuel pump when you turn the key on. The a17 on the actual ITR Harness SHOULD be a black/red wire.

Your harness should have the FLR wire going to OBD2 A15 & A16.
00-01 Integras are A15. 99-00 Civics are A16. If both are wired together then the harness will work in either chassis.

No, the fuel pump pin for his car is different. It's in his conversion harness.

Who cares what the pins are? Even though it's slightly ghetto, just take the fuel pump wire and tap into any circuit that has power at key-on (ACC) in the fuse box under the dash. On my EJ there are 5-6 empty ACC connection points. **** whatever the ecu thinks!

okay... why are you going to run 5 feet of extra wire when you can run 6" of extra wire? Thank makes sense..

To confirm, everyone who said the fuel pump pin is a15 for obd2b integra was right. Wired a7 from the p28 to the a15 and the car starts fine.
Thanks for the input everyone.
