which vacum lines do i run and where do i run them to?

wastegate, BOV, Boost gauge. You should really check out https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1024174 There is tons of good info.

ok so just the wastegate, BOV, Boost gauge have a vacum line. now what do i do about fuel i saw omni power has a map sensor that reads up to 43 psi will this work to add more fuel in the mean time till i get tuned?

If you dont know the basics of hooking up the vacume system properly then you shouldnt be trying to turbo your car.
