Default Need some turbo help and suggestion

i have a sc6152e with a .63 a/r this turbo is a 76 trim Inducer-2.795 exducer-2.437
i also have a to4e with a .81 a/r this turbo is a 75 trim Inducer-2.896 Exducer-2.511

Now by the measurements the .81 a/r housing should fit on the sc6152e witch im wanting to go to a .82 a/r so this housing is close enough. Now my question is the sc61 exhaust wheel will not be as tight in this housing as the to4e exhaust wheel is. Is this going to be a big problem ?

Or do i make a hybird sc61 backing plate/wheel and housing on the to4e center section and exhaust housing ? need some ideas trying to make 500whp on this
