Default Turbo fitting problem

I was trying to test fit my turbo but it won't clear the block
the turbo is a T3 60-1 .63, max rev manifold and the block is a B18B
what can I do? thank

shave a lil off the block. try running a search, i think this topic has been covered several times in the past. good luck man

shave the block or turn the turbo the other way

another quick question what about the dipstick do I just fit it through the manifold?

u can cut some of the top off, to make it shorter

shave teh block ro turn teh turbo the other way
thats what i did...except the only problem with that is, now i cant fit a filter on that way lol...

what do you mean turn it the other way?
Flip it the other way. Bolt the turbo so that the compressor is on the driver side.

I would flip it the other way. From that picture it looks like you are going to have to take alot off of the block. Just flip it

thats what i did...except the only problem with that is, now i cant fit a filter on that way lol...
yea my friend flipped his instead of shavin the block and somehow managed to get a filter squeezed in there right off of the turbo, no piping.
