Default turbo f22 wont start PLEASE HELP

ok been turboing my buddys 97 accord (f22b1) for the past week. Go to start it fuel pump doesn't turn on so i drop the tank check everything out still wont turn on. it is obd2 to obd1 converted from phearable.net i tryed starting it with the stock ecu still doesnt turn on the fuel pump on nor does it turn on the stock pump. there is gas in the tank... i checked the relay i checked the fuse i made sure everything is plugged in so we ended up cutting the pump wires and connecting them to a battery and the pump turns on so my friend re wired it and we tryed to start it with both ecu's it wont start with either... the plugs are fine it has spark i dont know what could be keeping it from starting.. the motor was pulled before we turbo'd it but everything is plugged back in where it is supposed to go....i plugged in the stock ecu and scanned it with an obd2 scanner and no codes came up wtf is wrong please help!!!!

theres a ground off the engine harness that connects to the tstat housing? or you're saying to ground the tstat housing to the car

The injectors are grounded and powerd by the ecu, so if its not spraying its an ecu problem,

have the dsm's been flow tested? have you checked the resistance or anything of that nature?

p.s. did you say earlier you tried starting it up with the stock injectors and those didn't work? i was trying to understand that but wasn't sure if i got what you were saying. if the stock ones didn't work, than you can ignore my suggestions above.

If the fuel pump isn't primin/turning on, check the main relay under the dash, should be a little grey and brown box with a 10 or 12 pin connector, if I remember correctly.

yes the car started and was running with the stock ecu with the dsm 450's then we shut the car and plugged in the obd1 chipped ecu for the turbo and startyed the car again let it run for about 5 mins shut the car rewired the fuel pump back to stock tried to start it and it wouldnt start so we again hardwired the fuel pump to get it to turn on and tried to start the car one more time and it will not start now. so we pulled the rail back and gas is not spraying from the injectors.... this all happened within an hour of eachother. Car will not start with stock ecu and stock injectors nor will it start with 450's and turbo ecu. I did try plugging in a new main relay and still the car wont start.

was there any gas in the rail on your last attempt? if not, since everything else was in check, i'm going to say your fuel pump is the issue. don't quote me tho. wait for some other replies.

ok so the fuel pump isn't the issue cuz you're getting the rail pressurized each time. so basically everything worked when the fuel pump was wired to a battery, but when you put it back to stock, nothing worked...Open up the chipped ecu and see if there is anything weird in there, like a whitish residue. That would be moisture on the board which can lead to future corrosion. I doubt that's the issue, but might as well check it out. have you guys tried calling a tuner or something to see what they have to say? I'm guessing it has to be some weird wiring issue, maybe at the injector clip harness.
